My approach involves meeting people where they are and working to cultivate a collaborative partnership with each client based on mutual respect and authenticity.

Together, we will approach identified struggles/problem areas from a holistic lens, including mutually agreed-upon goals, the strengths/resources one already has to address these goals, and the things that could potentially get in the way of meeting said goals.

My clients describe me as authentic, warm, kind, informative, and a safe person who is consistently there for them. They often share how they appreciate my ability to allow them to be their authentic selves.

I specialize in working with people impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and neurodivergence (i.e., ADHD).
