Something to know about my approach is that it's active and collaborative. I'll ask questions, offer reframes, and bring practical tools from CBT, ACT, and a strengths-based lens. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed, and leave sessions with more clarity, real skills to practice, and the sense that something can actually shift.

Together, we will name what's weighing on you, untangle the worry and overthinking, and build practical skills you can use between sessions. We'll look at the patterns keeping you stuck and practice new ways to respond. My hope is that you'll feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded in the choices you're making about your career, relationships, and life.

My clients describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I'm direct without being harsh, and I bring genuine curiosity and a little humor to the work. Many tell me they feel truly heard, often for the first time, and that sessions feel like a real conversation rather than something clinical. I aim for grounded, supportive, and human.

Many of my clients are women in their late 20s through 40s navigating career uncertainty, relationship questions, dating fatigue, or life transitions.
