I utilize an integrative approach and utilize techniques designed to help you learn to regulate moods, control irrational thought patterns and behaviors, manage anxiety, and find acceptance which will allow you to move beyond the past and forward in life.

Well, I have never asked a client for their thoughts about me but, I based on some client input, I could say I am compassionate, accepting, and open-minded while remaining highly ethical and focusing on the reality of the situation.

are struggling with overactive and chaotic thought patterns that lead to difficulties regulating emotions. Having hEDS, I also understand the mental health challenges that come with chronic disorders and syndromes.

It was a long road to figuring out my purpose but, after trying different paths in life, I found my calling was to help others find there way on their own path in life.

I have a small practice and work out of my home in an office built with an abundance of windows and plants that looks out over our small hobby farm.
