My hope is to bring empathy and open-mindedness to every session so you feel heard and understood. I utilize an integrative approach incorporating techniques such as ACT, CBT, Integrative nutrition, and positivity based on reality to help you learn to be mindful, have more control of your thoughts and emotions, and find peace in life.

Life’s journey can sometimes lead us through challenging and uncertain paths. It’s perfectly natural to seek a guiding hand during these times. I’m here to support you on your journey to finding hope, strength, and clarity. Together, we can lighten the load and guide you toward a calmer, more confident version of yourself.

Client's are often surprised by my commitment the counseling process. When in session, I ensure the client is the priority and their needs are met. Some general comments suggest client find me compassionate, accepting, and open-minded while remaining highly ethical, direct, and focusing on the reality of the situation.

All clients are welcome at Hope and Harmony. Some clients struggle with overactive and chaotic thought patterns. While other's need help managing anxiety, regulating emotions, processing grief, eating mindfully, or controlling anger. Having multiple chronic illness including hEDS, I can relate to some of the physical and mental challenges involved.

It was a long road to figuring out life's purpose for me but, after trying different paths in life, I determined my calling was to help others navigate the challenges they meet along the way to finding their own path in life towards being content.

I grew up in the flat and humid southern tip of Texas. Having lived in countries such as Japan, Brazil, and Finland I have a broad understanding of cultural differences. Currently, I have a small private practice and work out of my home in an office built with an abundance of windows and plants to brighten my day.
