I use a combo of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and solution focused therapy. These modalities allow me to guide clients in uncovering attachment ruptures, name unhealthy behaviors, & find coping skills that work for you. Clients leave with new emotional experiences & a better understanding of themselves.

Together we will explore what brought you to therapy and then together decide the appropriate plan to help you make progress towards your goals. We will look at how your thoughts affect emotions & experiences, how you express and shape emotional bonds to create more secure relationships.

My clients describe enjoy my sessions as warm, non-judgmental and enjoy my candid and clear style. My clients leave feeling as if each session was both productive and that they are making progress towards their goals. They leave feeling lighter, with a renewed belief that they can change.

I specialize in working with folks who are experiencing grief, struggling as an adult with difficult relationships with their parents (possibly thinking about going no-contact), and those facing difficult life changes. Anxiety and depression are my jam, and I enjoy helping people break free from those chains.

I became a therapist because I have seen the power of therapy, in myself and those around me. I have seen how powerful it is when someone has a space to process hard things, and I love creating that space for others. I've experienced stilted impersonal therapy, and do not want that for you.
