I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel stuck and need an outside perspective to help find a way forward. My practice is grounded in the belief that therapy should fit the person, not the other way around. I draw from CBT, DBT, psychoanalytic, and other therapeutic approaches to create an individualized experience. Together, we’ll find what resonates with you and supports meaningful, lasting growth.
