I specialize in providing Trauma Focused CBT treatment to my clients and their families. I am able to put myself in my clients' shoes, in order to understand the emotional and psychological impact of trauma without judgment. As a trauma-focused therapist do not rush clients to revisit or process traumatic events until they are ready.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in your counseling journey.
