Many experience anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges rooted in attachment wounds, people-pleasing, and boundary difficulties. I support you in understanding these patterns and prioritizing yourself without guilt.

Together, we will explore patterns rooted in past experiences, build healthier boundaries and communication, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. You will have a space that is yours—where you don’t have to hold everything in. A place to process, talk things through, and be heard without pressure, expectation, or judgment.

I specialize in working with women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, & relationship challenges, including attachment wounds, communication difficulties, & boundary concerns shaped by past experiences. I support clients in understanding these patterns & creating healthier, more balanced ways of relating to themselves and others.

I became a therapist to help women feel seen, heard, and empowered—especially those raised to be silent, suppress their needs, and navigate complex family and relationship dynamics. My goal is to help women break those patterns, find their voice, and build healthier, more confident ways of showing up in their lives and relationships.

I help you navigate your experiences, build insight, & develop tools to solve challenges in ways that feel aligned, empowering, & sustainable over time.
