I enjoy using a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy with my clients in order to assist them with understanding how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all interconnected.

Reframe those negative or irrational thoughts and gain an understanding of how those thoughts have influenced their actions.

Suffer from Anger Management, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Bipolar Disorder, Coping Skills, Depression, Dual Diagnosis, Family Conflict, and Self Esteem issues.
