My approach to therapy is twofold: we work together to deepen your understanding of your thoughts and emotions, while also building practical skills to help you cope with life’s challenges. First and foremost, though, I believe effective therapy is grounded in a trusting relationship between therapist and client.

We'll explore how early messages about your worth still shape your self-esteem and relationships. Together, we'll trace critical inner voices to their origins and actively rewrite those scripts. With this, we can focus on behavior changes that reinforce and build self esteem. This isn't just insight—it's practical change in how you show up in the world.

I'm an active listener, making connections during and between sessions. I am described as intuitive and insightful. Most importantly I am collaborative - I am focused on helping you reach your goals, whatever those may be.
