My approach is down-to-earth, engaged, collaborative, rooted in an attachment/relational lens and values-based therapy. I genuinely care about your well-being and want to know how I can support you. We'll explore difficulties that you are experiencing in relationships - not only with your partner, family, or friends - but also with yourself. My goal is to create a safe space for you to move toward authenticity, self-acceptance, and healthier boundaries. Whether you're new to therapy or returning after a hard chapter, I adapt my approach to your needs.

I specialize in helping women overcome life's challenges, with a particular focus on self-empowerment and relationship/attachment dynamics. I work with college students, young adults, and older teens (including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients) who feel stuck in people-pleasing, anxiety, low self-worth, or shame that makes it hard to live authentically.

I understand that going to therapy may feel uncomfortable or unfamiliar - that's okay! Whether you're new to therapy or returning after a hard chapter, we'll identify goals, explore your current stressors, and work together towards your personal healing journey at a pace that feels right for you.

My background is in outpatient therapy with young adults and teens. I love working with young women (ages 16–30) who are curious, ready to explore their inner world, and want to build a more fulfilling life. Outside of therapy, you'll usually find me trying a new coffee shop, watching stand-up comedy or a comfort show, and spending time with my dog, Luca.
