My approach is that I meet you where you are. I take the time to understand your individual and unique case and circumstances, and work to build the strongest therapeutic relationship possible. I work well with neurodivergent adults and folks experiencing political anxiety.

Together we will process and work through issues and problematic situations. Whether you are neurodivergent or the news makes your soul hurt (or both!), I understand that these are stressful times we are living through. After just a few sessions with me, you will learn to recognize your triggers and gain an understanding of your mental health struggles.

My clients describe me as "real". I was diagnosed with Autism at age 32 and take my knowledge and experience to work through the numerous feelings and unique experience of late diagnosed neurodivergence. Additionally, I have a strong sense of justice and believe we are all in this together and need each other.
