My approach is person-centered, empathic, and nonjudgmental. I desire to create a space for clients to come as they are and be genuine.

Together we will navigate and learn how to cope with one's mental health condition, but also develop more confidence and direction in one's life journey.

I became a therapist because through my previous career, I saw first hand the mental health challenges that adolescents and young adults go through. It was through those interactions that I found my passion and deep desire to want to help people of various ages with their mental health.

I utilize a variety of counseling approaches to best meet the needs of every client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Therapy.
