You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Whether you’re dealing with things from the past, feeling anxious and overwhelmed, or struggling just to get through the day, we’ll start where you are and go at a pace that feels right for you.

Make sense of what you’re feeling, understand where certain patterns come from, and find ways to help life feel more manageable. We’ll work on quieting the overthinking, getting out of survival mode, and helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.

Warm, down-to-earth, patient, and easy to talk to. I’ll meet you with compassion and without judgment, while also helping you make meaningful changes in your life.

Are dealing with trauma, anxiety, or depression and are ready for things to feel different. Maybe you’re always on edge, stuck in your head, emotionally drained, disconnected from yourself, or carrying experiences from the past that still affect you today.

I believe people deserve a space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported through the things that are hardest to carry alone. I love helping people better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and begin creating a life that feels more like their own.

Finding the right therapist matters. If my schedule is full or we’re not the best fit, I have a trusted team of therapists in my practice who may be available to support you. My goal is to help you find the right person so you don’t have to keep searching on your own.
