Anxiety, trauma responses, and even addictive behaviors often develop as ways to survive difficult experiences—not because there's something wrong with you. I became a therapist because I've experienced firsthand the power of healing. My own lived experience allows me to approach clients with genuine empathy and hope. I believe healing is about more than coping—it's about addressing what is keeping you stuck. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is at the heart of my practice and is proven to help the brain reprocess painful memories so they lose their emotional intensity. I create a personalized approach that supports symptom relief and lasting healing.
