I start with psychoeducation on diagnosis, nervous system functioning, and somatic processes using a Polyvagal-informed approach to create safety and stability. Once foundational safety is established, I integrate EFT/tapping tailored to your goals. Therapeutic workbooks and structured exercises are often used to support skill-building between sessions.
