I’m Soheila, an LPC in Virginia Beach who helps adults, adolescents and couples manage anxiety, burnout, and relationship conflict using CBT and DBT. I offer in‑person and telehealth appointments available for new clients.

My work is collaborative, we explore how past experiences shape current reactions and rebuild relationship stability. Together we'll gently address trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and major life changes. I’ve supported military families and immigrants to build practical coping skills, improve connection, and feel calmer day‑to‑day.
