As a contemplative therapist, I have a sincere and hopeful approach to therapy that recognizes the fundamental sanity and wholeness of each person. I help people reconnect with their inherent clarity and wisdom: natural qualities that can become obscured by excessive stress or trauma.

I also offer in-person therapy in Spokane, Washington, including mobile counseling service to nursing homes, hospitals, and family homes, upon request.
