I believe that you are the expert of your own life and it's my job to meet you where you're at. I also believe that our stories contain moments that shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. In exploring how your story, culture, and identity shapes your present, we'll get curious about meaning making and possible change.

It's a particularly stressful time to live and it's important to have a safe, non-judgmental space to express all that comes along with it.

I find myself at home when I'm holding space for people going through the most difficult or challenging moments of their lives. I consider it the deepest honor to be able to facilitate conversations around life, death, and the meaning they hold.

I often incorporate many different types of therapy into my work. For those that are interested, we may use art, movement, sound, or nature into our session to explore the inner world from a different perspective outside of talk therapy.
