Reduce stress, improve relationships, and break away from survival strategies that interfere with quality of life. The therapeutic process will include understanding biological functions of anxiety and depression with focus on relationships.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to understand and help my family who suffered from substance use and mental health complications, which evolved into helping others.

I work in a trauma-informed, social-justice oriented, racially and culturally sensitive, all genders welcome, and neurodiverse environment.

More about me and my practice:

I was elected as a Natural Helper in high school for two years where I was trained to support peers experiencing suicidal ideation and other life challenges. I am skilled at listening, creating safety, and resolving trauma symptoms .
