I help teens and adults manage anxiety, depression, & trauma. I understand how difficult it is to ask for help, let alone admit when you need it. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental, and encouraging space to work through emotions and learn to harness your strengths, overcome challenges, and move forward.

My job as a therapist is to help you identify and access your internal strength and power to accomplish your goals. I utilize strategies that work for each specific client so you can feel safe to explore and express things in a way that feels best for you. I want you to be emboldened to be the best version of yourself.

I enjoy working with people from a person-centered and solution-focused approach. I start by getting to know clients and developing a trusting relationship to build a solid foundation to do the hard work. I support clients in finding insights and solutions within themselves to lead the type of life they want to live.
