I specialize in working with teens and adults. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they face life's most difficult moments. I believe therapy is a powerful space for self-discovery, healing and growth.

We’ll explore your experiences, build on your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and work through life’s challenges. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.
