I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a safe place to be heard, understood, and accepted without judgement. I'm passionate about helping people understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and recognize their own strengths.

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years' experience in mental health. I use CBT, EMDR and DBT informed approaches, tailoring therapy to each person's needs. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and supportive. My goal is to help you feel understood while giving you tools to create meaningful change.
