I became a therapist because I’m genuinely interested in growth- how people change, get unstuck, and build meaningful lives. I’ve found a lot of purpose in helping others navigate that process, develop discipline, and move forward with greater clarity and direction.

I take a practical, structured approach focused on helping you make steady progress. I value patience, consistency, and growth. Outside of work, I am a father who is deeply invested in raising my two boys with my wife. I enjoy sports, landscaping, and constantly learning about topics that interest me.
