Therapy with me is a space to slow down, untangle patterns, and reconnect with yourself in a more sustainable way. My approach integrates CBT, ACT, and Person-Centered Therapy with a strengths-based and inner child lens. I believe therapy is a collaborative and individualized, and never a one-size-fits-all model.

I think of therapy like a lighthouse: I’m not here to steer your ship, but I am here to provide a steady light so you can navigate whatever season or stormy weather you’re currently in.

I bring a sense of calm, a bit of humor (when given the green light), and a lot of heart to our sessions. As someone who understands how heavy these experiences can feel, I offer a space that is supportive, trauma-informed, and judgement free. I welcome the role of video games, tabletop RPGs, and creativity can play in healing and identity.

I am deeply committed to the idea that mental health support should not be a luxury reserved for those with the most resources. To help bridge that gap, I offer sliding scale options. Financial stress is a real weight that many of us experience and I don't want the cost of care to be the reason you can't find the support you deserve.
