Hello! I'd love to hear what's brought you here. Has life been kind of wild lately? Are you wanting to learn skills to feel a little regulated? Is your nervous system a little out of whack? I'd love to hear about what's been going on, then build a plan to help you move toward feeling more grounded and steady.

I believe therapy can provide a space for clients to step more fully into who they are while wrestling with all the life things. I work with individuals looking to show up each session ready to engage. My approach is both therapeutic and educational and I believe in continuous learning and try to broaden my own education regularly.

Therapy is such a unique relationship and I hope to provide a space where after we get to know each other you feel the space to show up in a way that feels tangibly helpful to you. My clients would describe me as empathic and consistent with a touch of playfulness.
