I believe that all of us carry within ourselves the possibility of transformation and the desire to experience ease of well-being and healthy connection with others. Within that belief is the conviction that healing is possible for even the most wounded heart (often through great effort!).

I focus my therapeutic practice primarily from an attachment-based, mindfulness-based and systemic lens, as experience dictates that so many of our issues arise from attachment ruptures and social injustice. Understanding that each person’s history and futurity is distinct.

I have had experience working with people suffering from severe forms of depression, anxiety, self-harm, and suicidality often related to moments of life transition related to LGBTQIAP+ identity discovery and partner relational conflict, especially related to consensual nonmonogamy / ethical nonmonogamy.
