I specialize working with people who are experiencing anxiety and panic. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by stress. I help my clients find new grounding, hope, and healing.
I became a therapist because of the growth and self awareness I gained in my own therapy. I have always been passionate about seeing people grow.
I offer teletherapy which provides you with the safety of being in your own home. It is very convenient to not have to commute to a therapy office.
I know how important it is to find a therapist who fits. That’s why I offer a complementary 20 minute session so we can get to know each other.
