As a therapist, my goal is to help people live a life that’s authentic to who they really are. I practice from a relational psychodynamic perspective, which means we’ll explore the ways your past has impacted you, and pay attention to how you feel in each session. My practice is LGBTQ affirming, neurodiversity affirming, and sex positive.

Together we'll work on processing your emotions and experiences, so that you can give yourself more understanding and self-compassion. We'll recognize both the strengths that you already have, as well as the obstacles that are getting in the way of you living the life you want to live. I'm happy to direct sessions, or give clients the space to share openly.

I've had clients describe me as a great listener, empathetic, and easy to talk to. My goal is to provide each client I meet with an empowering, encouraging, and welcoming space to work through all the ways life can be overwhelming and hard. Therapy is a collaborative process, so I want you to feel supported, and like you have a say in your therapy.
