My approach is collaborative, relational, and client-centered. I draw from EMDR, Gestalt-informed therapy, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to support awareness, understanding, and self-acceptance. Our work moves at a thoughtful pace, with attention to present-moment experience, meaning, and the therapeutic relationship.

Trauma can shape how you experience yourself, relationships, and the world in ways that aren't always easy to name. Our work often begins with building awareness, understanding, and a sense of safety, then gradually deepens as we explore how past experiences show up in the present.

I strive to offer a culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ affirming space that is mindful of how systemic and social factors shape our lived experiences, for those seeking greater understanding, meaning, and self-acceptance. Growth and healing doesn't mean changing who you are - it means reconnecting with parts of yourself that have felt silenced or hidden.

I work under a group practice at Vancouver Counseling Solutions with a wonderful group of therapists specializing in a wide range of modalities and populations.
