I offer therapeutic companionship to adults who are brokenhearted, or otherwise mourning breakups, anxiety, identity crisis, depression, self-doubt, life transitions, terminal illness, creative blocks, awakening/disillusionment, lack of meaning, death anxiety, low confidence, perfectionism, relational troubles and other conditions of being alive.

I have seen that turning toward feeling can be a freeing act. Let's talk about the hard parts. With chronic and perpetual suppression comes reduced capacity to engage with the world. Warm, trustworthy, easy to talk to. I have an informal style that helps break down the therapist/client dichotomy. I have lived experience, working with folks in a relational way in order to help them feel less alone. This involves asking big questions and investing deeply in the therapeutic relationship.

I love co-creating with folks who are invested in the s l o w work, seeking care that sees the whole person, not a walking diagnosis, who want to learn how to listen to the body.
