The poet Natalie Diaz writes: "Rather than try to escape my griefs, I’m trying to recognize them as a wildness I can submerge myself in, to be washed clean by the very thing that aches me so deeply." This is the invitation I offer. This is depth work, a good fit if you've already done CBT, tried the breathwork and have an array of coping skills in use.

I've seen that turning toward emotion can be a freeing act. Let's talk about the hard parts. With chronic and perpetual suppression comes reduced capacity to engage with the world. Warm, trustworthy, easy to talk to. I have an informal style and my own lived experience, working with folks in a relational way in order to help them feel less alone. This involves asking big questions and investing deeply in the therapeutic relationship. I'll see your symptoms as signals, your body as a source of wisdom.

I love co-creating with folks who are invested in the s l o w work, seeking care that sees the whole person, not a walking diagnosis, who want to learn how to listen to the body. Folks who want to move beyond who they're told they're supposed to be and into who they are. What are you like when the mask can come off?

I came to this work after being (inadvertently) trained for it my entire life, the child of two creative spirits battling their own minds. By the time I was 32, I'd experienced the death of both my parents. After seeking my own supportive healing, I wished to transmute my pain into the ability to witness, companioning people through heartbreak & upheavals.
