Our sessions balance compassion and thoughtful exploration with practical support, creating space to understand yourself more clearly and move forward with greater confidence.

I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, disordered eating, self-esteem, career uncertainty, and relationship concerns. I have a special interest in supporting Asian American adults and adoptees as they explore identity, belonging, adoption, and family expectations.

I became a therapist because I believe people can discover new possibilities within themselves, even when life feels uncertain or unchangeable. I value the opportunity to walk alongside clients as they make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and create lives that feel more aligned with who they are.
