I use an integrative approach focused on inner healing. I use evidence-based techniques to help process childhood traumas, navigate life with a chronic illness, or address unmet needs. I use an empathetic, person-centered approach to improve nervous sytem regulation, coping systems, and trauma responses. I use some challenging and encourage authenticity.
