I gravitate towards a Person-Centered approach to therapy. As such, I also rely on Motivational Interviewing techniques as well as resiliency/mindfulness. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach as well.

As a Person-Centered therapist, my goal is to provide a supportive environment that includes genuine, unconditional positive regard and empathy. This helps empower clients to direct their own therapeutic process resulting in self-discovery leading to their own solutions for personal well-being.

I am described as being a direct therapist. With that, I provide a safe atmosphere where empathy and a solution-focused goal guides the therapeutic relationship.
