I have a relational approach to therapy. Understanding where you are and where you've been allows set the foundation to where you are going. We are made to connect and made for community. My belief is that greater understanding of what this means to you, helps the rest of your puzzle come together. To witness others in this space is something I honor.

I allow clients to take the lead in processing life and emotions. As a clinician, I work as a guide that joins you in the space to help reflect your intentions to your reality. It is a core value of mine that in togetherness, individuals can recharge their life source to carry on their life outside of therapy, stronger.

I became a therapist because I believe all people are good. Nature and nurture can shift us but I believe we are all searching to find our core goodness that will allow us to find peace in our lives.
