I operate from a strength-based and solution-focused lens. I aim to help my clients gain greater self-acceptance, healing, hope, and the strength within themselves to find solutions that work for them.

Our work will include a good amount of self-reflection, learning to sit with discomfort, integration of relevant coping skills, resilience building, a focus on personal growth, and making commitment to positive changes.

I tend to work with people struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship troubles, and family conflict. Many of my clients come into therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by wounds from their past.

I've seen therapy lead to beautiful transformations and healing. My ability to empathize and motivate others aligns well with the role of a therapist.

In my personal life, I am a wife and a mom to two kids & two kitties. I absolutely love cooking, camping, crafting, Thai food, iced London fogs, and spending time with loved ones. I'd be honored to help you on your therapeutic journey.
