Sabrina Springer

At heart, I am a humanistic therapist - I believe that all people are capable of growth and healing. My approach is strengths-based and client-centered. I create a therapy space that is compassionate and nonjudgemental where my clients feel safe to explore their inner worlds, navigate challenges, and take steps towards living their lives more authentically.

Our work will include a good amount of introspection, learning to sit with discomfort, integration of relevant coping skills, resilience building, a focus on personal growth, and making commitment to positive changes. We'll explore what's been painful or limiting, while also making space for what's possible.

My areas of focus include anxiety, shame, low-self esteem, OCD, existential dread, purpose and meaning making, life transitions, family of origin (FOO) dynamics, trauma, burnout and overwhelm.

I've seen therapy lead to beautiful transformations and healing. I have also lived through struggles of my own before. I've carried shame & pain, been stuck, lost, and lonely before. I know how incredibly resilient the human heart and spirit can be! My sense of empathy and my ability to motivate others work well with my role of a therapist.

In my personal life, I am a wife and a mom to two kids & two kitties. I absolutely love cooking, camping, crafting, Thai food, iced London fogs, and spending time with loved ones.
