My approach is deeply relational and attachment-focused. I pay close attention to patterns that developed in early relationships and how they show up today, in your emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and paced with care; I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe and deeply understood.

Together we will explore the emotional and relational patterns that keep you stuck, gently uncovering what your experiences are trying to tell you. We’ll work to strengthen your sense of self, develop emotional safety (both internally and with others), and create new ways of responding that feel more aligned, grounded, and authentic.

My clients share that they feel understood in ways they’ve never experienced before and gain a deeper sense of self-understanding through our exploration together. They often say they feel both supported and gently challenged, helping them make sense of their experiences, emotions, and relationship patterns in a way that finally clicks.

Clients who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and work toward improving their relationships. Many of my clients feel stuck in recurring patterns, struggle with self-worth, or feel emotionally overwhelmed despite lots of effort. I often work with women navigating relationship challenges, attachment wounds, and family-of-origin dynamics.

I’ve known I wanted to be a therapist since I was 14 years old, and after more than a decade of practice, I continue to know this work is my calling. I’m deeply honored to walk alongside people as they gain insight, find relief, and learn to relate to themselves with greater compassion, often in ways they never have before.

With more than a decade of experience as a therapist, I’m deeply grounded in attachment-focused work and have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I continue to pursue ongoing learning so my work remains thoughtful, current, and responsive to the people I serve.
