I offer depth-oriented, relational psychotherapy for adults struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, feelings of inadequacy, or a sense of being stuck and unfulfilled. Often, these experiences show up as overwhelm, emotional disconnection, or repeating patterns in relationships. Therapy with me offers a space to explore what’s beneath these struggles.

Together we will slow things down and listen closely to your inner and embodied experience. We’ll explore the patterns, emotions, and meanings shaping your life, strengthen self-trust, and create room for choice, so you can move through the world with more grounding, clarity, and connection.

Warm, authentic and engaged. Clients describe feeling deeply seen, met with care, and supported with both compassion and insight. I’m present, curious and thoughtful in the room, offering a steady, relational space where client's feel safe enough to explore hidden or shameful parts of themselves, see themselves with clarity and grow from the inside out.

I work with people who carry a lot. Often anxious, chronically stressed, cycling between overdrive and shutdown, or ADHD spectrum adults who feel overwhelmed and self-critical despite being highly capable and caring. Many are deeply generous with others and their work, yet harsh with themselves. Our work increases confidence, self-trust and acceptance.

I came to this work through my own healing. In a depth-oriented, relational therapy, I learned how healing unfolds through presence, trust, and connection. I now offer that same steady, nonjudgemental space where the right therapeutic relationship becomes a catalyst for meaningful change. Safety, attunement and the right fit make transformation possible.

I draw from several depth-oriented, relational and body-based approaches, including existential-humanistic, psychodynamic, somatic, and EMDR-informed work, to help you uncover the patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back. This invites healing that happens not only through insight but within the body itself, where much is held often without words.
