My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and collaborative. I love working with individuals, couples, and families throughout the lifespan. I specialize in the treatment of grief, life transitions, identity exploration, people-pleasing, family conflict, and the strengthening of family systems- especially within LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse families.

Our relationship is the foundation for therapeutic progress, so my pledge to clients is to always tend to our counseling relationship and seek to keep it strong, connected, and authentic.

I experienced death in my family during the pandemic. After practicing as an attorney for 22 years, my grief reminded me that I only have one life to live. I changed my life to align my values and skills more directly with the work I do each day. I believe in power of therapy, and when I sit with you in session, I am grateful to be there with you.
