I provide depth-oriented individual psychotherapy for adolescents (13 years of age and older) and adults using psychodynamic and relational approaches. I also offer family therapy where I incorporate the work of family systems theory.

Together we will begin by looking at elements of social and emotional development, significant past and current relationships, cultural experiences as well as environmental factors and, at first, the more urgent or immediate reasons you are seeking psychotherapy.

I am a postdoctoral fellow and an independent therapist with The Portage Bay Clinic. During the initial phase of treatment I am happy to answer any questions you may have about me. I believe meeting for a full therapeutic hour with each other is the best way for you to get a sense of me, what I can offer, what it feels like when we're together in therapy.
