Accepting Clients
In-Person Only
A compassionate, collaborative and strength-based therapist who sees the potential in every individual and hope in every situation.
My priority is to understand the client's vision and goals, not to present my own. I use a unifying framework for therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. I lead with empathy, curiosity and non-judgmental acceptance in every session.
We will value the aging process, the shift in priorities, and the wisdom that comes with it. We will create an empowering space for the exploration of age-related transitions and relationship challenges that arise in mid to late life.
Mid to late life adults experiencing relationship or family conflict, connection and intimacy issues, grief and loss, empty nesting and retirement challenges, caregiving and family planning, health conditions, identity loss, and social isolation.
I offer clients the privacy, safety and connection of in-person therapy at my South Lake Union office and the convenience of Saturday sessions.
I am a non-practicing physician and marriage and family therapist associate. My backgrounds in medicine and therapy have shaped the lens through which I perceive mental health. I offer therapy services exclusively and do not prescribe medication.
