I aim to empower my clients to embrace their authentic selves and take charge of their mental, emotional, relational, and sexual well-being.

Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to open up to. It is important to me that my clients feel safe, heard, and understood in session as we are often discussing difficult and challenging topics. For this reason, I bring my full self into my work - including lightness and humor when appropriate.
