My approach is collaborative, individualized & relational. I view us both as experts in the relationship. I have specialized training in how to foster insight & change while my clients are the experts in their experiences, worldviews & values. It is my belief that a relationship like this based in trust & understanding is what makes for effective therapy.

Work together to create a safe and collaborative space where you feel comfortable to remove the masks that life often requires of us and really examine who is underneath and what they want. From there we will work together to identify the strengths you have to reach your goals, the growth you want to achieve, and any barriers to be mindful of along the way!

Passionate, funny, caring, attentive, knowledgeable and flexible. I really care about the craft of therapy and thus am passionate about doing my best to craft the therapy space my clients seek. At the end of the day I feel truly honored and grateful to walk these personal journeys with my clients and grow to know them and hold their stories with empathy!

I am passionate about hearing peoples stories and understanding all of the different experiences that this world has to offer! I can only live one life but I can support you through yours with an open heart and mind. I truly feel it is an honor and privilege to be able to hold peoples trust & confidence and support them through highs & lows of the life!

I come from a background in neuroscience and neuropsychiatry. I think my previous experiences in the research and medical field allow me to hold a nuanced and holistic tool kit for mental health care. When I am not being a therapist I am being a nerd who enjoys hard video games, fantasy novels, obscure movies, playing guitar, and following my passions.
