I specialize in working with people who feel overwhelmed, struggle with their sense of worth, and people who are struggling to figure out what they want in a relationship. I help my clients find new grounding tools, hope, and healing.

I found myself referring people I worked with in non-profits that needed more support during the COVID, found a lack of providers, and wanted to help.

I know how important it is to find a therapist who fits. That’s why I offer a complementary 30-minute session so we can get to know each other.
