I will not be accepting new clients until June. If you would like to be added to my waitlist, I can notify you when I have an opening.
My clients describe me as:
A compassionate and conscientious individual who holds a safe space for clients as they navigate the challenging aspects of their lives.
Something to know about my approach is:
I treat anxiety and trauma with some of the newest mind-body techniques such as EMDR and Brainspotting, which retrains your brain and Dialectical Behavior Therapy where you will learn to regulate you emotions and communicate effectively.
Together, we will:
understand what you want to experience and what feels like it is holding you back. We will then develop a practical plan to learn new tools and practice new behaviors that can help you get unstuck and on a path to living the life you want.
I specialize in working with people who:
have experienced some form of trauma, maybe feels empty at times, and struggles to effectively communicate their needs and emotions.
I became a therapist because:
I enjoy being part of and bearing witness to another persons healing process, whatever that looks like for them.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My office is centrally located in downtown Spokane in the U.S. Bank building and in close proximity to Riverfront Park.
More about me and my practice:
I am an Army Veteran who has lived experience in the roles of service member, dual military, single parent, and military spouse. I enjoy working with all populations however, I relate most in working with our military and first responders.
