My counseling style is built on trust, engagement and relationships. I use a mix of different tools and techniques to help, like systems work, mindfulness, rewriting your story, understanding and rewiring your nervous system, and parts work. I also apply theories including ACT, DBT, IFS, and MI to make sure what we’re doing feels impactful.

First, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what’s happening and what you’re hoping to change. From there, we’ll come up with a plan together to unlock what’s holding you back and how to move forward.
