Treatment may be EMDR therapy to help you get "unstuck" from your past, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); a mindfulness-based psychotherapy teaching psychological flexibility, resiliency, and connecting with your values to live a meaningful life. I use a trauma-informed lens to help you better understand mind-body responses to stress and safety.
