Clearly guiding clients working through 3 short-term attainable goals at a time, that will lead them to their “Big Goal”, over time. This allows clients to develop commitment to themselves and attain life long results.

I do my best to support an individual to strengthen a better understanding and relationship with themselves. I also support clients to assess environmental factors and how their environment may be changed, improved and or modified to ensure they are surrounded by an environment that ensures they thrive.
