I see things as a secular humanist and believe that everyone has intrinsic value by virtue of being a fellow human. I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective and utilize CBT and narrative therapy to help my clients. Each person’s journey is unique, and I will adjust my approach to fit each client’s needs and comfort.

I will help you work through personal struggles, build resilience, and find meaningful growth. I also lead Therapy Game Groups—a space where up to six people come together to play tabletop roleplaying games (such as Dungeons & Dragons) while using storytelling and character roleplay as tools for self-reflection and emotional growth.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can navigate life’s challenges with guidance and understanding. You don’t have to go through it alone.

I was a professional online Game Master and I saw an advertisement for Dungeons & Dragons Therapy. I love games and storytelling and I was excited about using something I love to help people, so I got my Master's to become a therapist. It's especially fulfilling because I know how important mental health is for us to thrive and stay alive.
