My approach is warm, collaborative and affirming. I practice from an integrated approach, drawing from a variety of treatment types so that your experience is as unique as you and your concerns are. Whether you’re working through severe and persistent mental health concerns or simply trying to figure out what comes next, there’s room for you here.

The initial sessions will focus on understanding underlying factors and developing a plan that addresses your goals. You don’t need a diagnosis or even the right words, we can sort through it together with curiosity, compassion, and some real talk. Through therapy, clients can expect to gain greater awareness, identify effective skills, and reduced symptoms.
